How to exercise with my dog?

! We all know how difficult it is to have a healthy life and implement a routine of exercise in our days, since our time is majorly consumed by school, work or even children. Having a healthy lifestyle is more than just a simple diet, that’s why it is necessary to implement an exercise routine at least three times a week, or better yet, schedule at least 30 minutes a day to do recreational activities like going for a walk, running or biking in your neighborhood. I know it sounds boring, that's why I challenge you to take your best friend, and by that, I mean your dog, so you’ll be accompanied during those 30 mins, and you’ll see that besides being exercising it will help you to relax.
Now, I will give you three brief tips to implement those 30 minutes in your daily routine:
Schedule your routine five days a week
It is very important to do not postpone your daily 30 min routine for another day, that is why I advise you to schedule, so you will not forget your goal, nor will you miss the opportunity to share amazing moments with your dog.
Make a Plan B
To not let time or circumstances affect your routine, it is important to establish a Plan B, which you establish, what would you do? if a mishap happens, for example, if it starts to rain. In this case, what I would do, is a Doga routine, obviously, with my dog. Nothing better than some stretching and relaxation time to repair a day full of tasks.

Go for unexpected departures
Sometimes the things we do not plan are the ones we enjoy the most. So do not be afraid of unexpected rides, such as going out to a park in another neighborhood, visiting the center of your city, or better yet plan a road trip with your friends to a nearby town where you live.
*Without forgetting, obviously, taking your dog.
As a tip, avoid the hours when the sun is shining, as it is possible that you can become dehydrated. To avoid it, I recommend to leave between 6 and 7 am, I know, it sounds terrible! and it’s normal that at the beginning it will give you a bit of laziness, but I assure you that when you start to implement it in your daily routine, you will feel energized all day long.
Remember that exercise helps us stay healthy, and doing it with your dog helps to strengthen your emotional ties.
Finally, do not forget to always bring a bottle of water, you will need it!
