Return Policy 

Ruffit USA can only accept the return of items purchased through our official ruffitusa.com website.

  1. Due to the nature of our product, we can only accept returns on product that is unused, in its original bag, and that has all the original tags and labels. The item must be completely clean; no hair/dirt/marks.
  2. Products returned for reasons other than a manufacturing defect will have a $10 restocking fee applied. Products that are not in its original condition will be sent back to the customer.
  3. All items must be returned within 15 days of arriving at the shipping address.
  4. Original shipping cost is non-refundable.
  5. Products are returned at your own cost. 
  6. Refunds on the price paid for the item minus $10 restocking payment will go back to the original form of payment used to purchase and can take from 5 to 7 business days once the product is received.
  7. To process a refund, click HERE and make sure to follow the instructions including writing the CONFIRMATION number on the outside of the package you are returning. Packages without CONFIRMATION number on the label WILL BE REJECTED and sent back.
  8. You will receive an email confirmation from us once your return has been received and processed.

Exchange Policy

Ruffit USA can only accept the exchanges of items purchased through our official ruffitusa.com website.

  1. Due to the nature of our product, we can only accept exchanges on products that have a manufacturing defect.
  2. It is the responsibility of the buyer to measure and acclimate your pet to the correct carrier. We cannot guarantee that your pet will acclimate to the carrier, but we can guarantee or replace the quality.
  3. Any dog over 25lbs and over 18 inches long will void the exchange policy.
  4. Exchanges can be approved when the buyer purchases the wrong size, provided that the items have all original tags and labels along with no hair/dirt/marks.
  5. A $10 Fee (per carrier) applies for exchanges and must be paid before the product is sent back to RUFFIT USA LLC.
  6. Items exchanged are donated to charity as they cannot be resold.  We do this for the safety of pets.
  7. All items must be returned within 15 days of arriving at the shipping address.

Ruffit Dog Carriers Warranty

  • The duration of RUFFIT Dog Carrier’s warranty is 15 days from the date you receive your purchase.
  • The warranty only includes manufacturing defects and malfunctions. If a defect or malfunction occurs within the warranty period, RUFFIT Dog Carriers will exchange or refund the item.
  • It is the responsibility of the buyer to measure and acclimate your pet to the correct carrier. We cannot guarantee that your pet will acclimate to the carrier, but we can guarantee or replace the quality. Warranty does not cover unsatisfied customers.
  • Any dog over 25lbs or 18 inches long will void the warranty
  • Please contact us immediately if your product has a manufacturing defect. RUFFIT Dog Carrier’s warranty does not cover claims made after the 15-day period specified in our policies.
  • RUFFIT Dog Carriers is constantly working on improving its product for the comfort and safety of our Customers and their pets. Nevertheless, products already received by our Customers cannot be exchanged for new/updated products.

Customer Agreement

  1. I, the Customer, understand that upon purchase of the Ruffit Dog Carrier have become responsible for the inspection and use of the carrier. Ruffit USA LLC is not responsible if a component fails due to the lack of inspection. The Customer assumes all responsibility while using this product.
  2. The Ruffit Dog Carrier is for casual use and basic outdoor activities. Although the carrier provides multiple points of security, it is ultimately up to the Customer to take care not to injure the pet during activities. Ruffit USA, LLC is not responsible for the direct or indirect injury due to the use of the carrier. The Consumer is responsible for their pet’s safety.
  3. The Customer is responsible for measuring his/her pet before purchasing a carrier. Ruffit USA LLC reserves the right to request photographic proof of the Customer’s pets size as part of the exchange policy.
  4. Any exchange or return must be handled according to the most current Ruffit USA’s policies and process through our website HERE. Once Ruffit USA has received the package along with the CONFIRMATION number given to the Customer, the Company will exchange the product or refund the amount according its most current returns and exchange policy.
  5. Standard shipping and expedited shipping cost are non-refundable; international orders may be subject to duties. Returns received without a CONFIRMATION number will be considered loss of product at customer's expense.
  6. All conversations and social media communication between Customer Service and the Customer is property of Ruffit USA LLC, and can be used on Ruffit Social Media as needed.  

 I agree to the terms and policies put in place by Ruffit USA LLC without dispute.
