Returns are to be sent back to the address below in Texas. The item will not be accepted if the item has ANY dog hair/poop/pee, if found the item will be returned to you. 
The item must be returned within 15 days of arriving at the shipping address. Item is non transferable. Item will not be accepted unless purchased through our official ruffitusa.com website. Items can not be resold due to Illnesses and parasite that can spread if reintroduced to our facility. Items returned are donated to charity as they can not be resold. 30% Restock fee applies and remaining % of base price is refunded.

Consumer agreement
I the consumer understand that upon purchase of the Ruffit Dog Carrier have become responsible for the inspection and use of the carrier. I agree to the terms and policies put in place by Ruffit USA LLC.
The Ruffit Dog Carrier is for casual use and basic outdoor activites. Although the carrier provides multiple points of security, it is ultimately up to the consumer to take care not to injure the pet during activities. 
Ruffit USA, LLC is not responsible for the direct or indirect injury due to the use of the carrier. The consumer is responsible for their pets safety. This product is intended for normal use. Customer is responsible for the return of any item shipping cost and in the event of an item being return the base price is only available.
Inspection of the bag is strongly recommended before each use and Ruffit USA LLC is not responsible if a component fails due to the lack of inspection. The consumer assumes all responsibility while using this product.
Standard shipping and expedited shipping cost are non-refundable; international orders may be subject to duties. I  the consumer am responsible for measuring my pet. Ruffit USA reserves the right to request photographic proof of my pet's size as part of the exchange policy. Once we have received the package along with tracking information and restocking fee we will exchange the product or refund the amount owed.

Returns without notification to info@ruffitusa.com or without tracking information will be considered loss of product at customer's expense. The customer agrees to the timeline provided above as well as the exchange fee and shipping cost after the initial purchase.
It is your responsibility to measure and acclimate your pet to the correct carrier. We can not guarantee that your pet will acclimate to the carrier, but we can guarantee or replace the the quality. Your agree to all terms above without dispute. Individual cases may vary based on customer service assessment.
